Returns

We want you to love your BARE by Charlie Holiday as much as we do, however, if you change your mind for any reason, we will accept a return on any full priced or sale items following the meet the conditions below.

Returns:
BARE by Charlie Holiday offers a 100% credit note or a refund for full priced items within 30 days of the purchase date. Orders placed using the ‘welcome’ discount code can also be returned for a refund. Credit notes will be at 100% of your order value, excluding the shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed to then use in our online store.

Please note, return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping note of your tracking number, as BARE by Charlie Holiday is not responsible for tracking your return.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need an alternative size, please place a new order. Alternatively, we suggest purchasing the size or style you need so you don’t miss out on your size in the desired item. You can then submit a return request for your initial purchase. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs.

Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item, please email customercare@barebycharlieholiday.com so our customer care team can arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please also include clear photos to show the issue.

Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
